About The Old Club

Michigan’s Best Kept Secret

Whether you’ve raised your family and your ready to enjoy your next chapter or you are looking for a way to unplug and build stronger family connections, The Old Club is your home away from home.

Whether you come by boat, car or ferry, you’ll exhale when you get here and feel the love of members and staff who treat you like family.

Founded In 1872, The Old Club is steeped in tradition. Every weekend brings a new event from Commodore’s Ball to Casino Night, or just an opportunity to dine and dance the night away among friends. Our annual Fourth of July celebration includes a parade of decorated golf carts, turtle races, and a fireworks display that rivals any major city’s show. Generations of fortunate families have enjoyed boating, water skiing, fishing, freighter watching, and the camaraderie of friendships that last a lifetime.

“Saturdays can be two different worlds. By day it’s fun in the sun on the boat, jet skiing or at the pool. By evening, we’re grown ups again with interesting conversations, collared shirts and great wine. For me, it’s the best of all worlds.” —TJ
